Terms & Conditions


At DigiGox, we are committed to maintaining transparency, professionalism, and long-term partnerships. The following terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and mutual growth for all affiliate partners.

  1. Engagement Model: Individuals may join the Affiliate Partner Program on a freelance, part-time, or full-time basis, depending on their availability and preference.
  2. Referral Benefits: Upon successful registration, each affiliate partner will receive a unique referral coupon offering a 5% discount. This discount may be extended to customers for purchases of services or courses through the company website.
  3. Commission Structure: Affiliate partners will be entitled to earn a 10% commission on each successfully completed and paid customer or student registration generated through their referral.
  4. Annual Performance Incentive: Affiliate partners who achieve a minimum of 50 paid registrations within a 12-month period will be eligible for a performance-based bonus.
    • Bonus Calculation: Total number of paid registrations × $10
    • Illustration: 500 registrations = $5,000 bonus
  5. Annual Medical Support Benefit: Eligible partners (minimum 50 paid registrations annually) may receive additional support benefits, calculated as: Total paid registrations × $10 (Subject to company policies, verification, and approval.)
  6. Payment Terms:
    • Payments are processed on a monthly basis
    • Billing cycle - 26th of the previous month to 25th of the current month
    • Minimum payout threshold: $100
    • Payments are released after verification of successful transactions
  7. Refund & Validation Policy: Commissions are applicable only to valid, successful, and non-refunded transactions. Any refunded or disputed transactions will not be considered for commission.
  8. Geographical Scope: Affiliate partners may promote services and generate registrations from any global location, subject to compliance with applicable laws and platform policies
  9. Course Availability: Courses and services are currently offered in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
  10. Marketing & Promotion Guidelines: Affiliate partners are permitted to use approved digital marketing channels, including but not limited to search engines and social media platforms.
    All promotional activities must adhere to ethical marketing practices, avoiding misleading claims, spam, or unauthorized representations of the brand.
  11. Compensation Disclaimer: This program is strictly commission-based. The company does not provide fixed salaries, retainers, or any other form of guaranteed remuneration.
